We meet young people where they are at - emotionally, practically and professionally.
There's no one-size-fits-all routes here. No forcing people through systems that weren’t built for them. Our support is shaped around the individual not the programme.

We design clear, supported routes into employment, training and progression.
These pathways are built with young people and our employer partners - not imposed on either, and they don't end at day one.

Fairer Systems, Better Practice
We work alongside employers and partners to challenge recruitment practices, remove unnecessary barriers, and replace broken processes with fairer, more human ones.

Our flagship programme, Future Focus by BREAKOUT, is how this work comes to life in practice.
A structured 3-day experience designed to prepare young people for real-world employment.
It combines confidence building, practical employability skills, and direct employer engagement with ongoing mentoring and support beyond the programme.
Because one intervention is rarely enough.
But the right combination, delivered at the right time, can be life changing.
